Bronx Real Estate is the last golden opportunity for New York City residents to purchase a home at affordable prices. In April 2007 in an article, a prominent investor and developer said the following, " Bronx Borough is one of the only frontiers left for someone to see their investments significantly grow over the next few years." In spite of the market right now, Bronx Real Estate continues to be affordable. The Bronx Borough has had its retail and commercial areas rehabbed and improved. Bronx Residential Real Estate has benefited from instutional investors who have put a substantial amount of money into the borough. More residents of Manhattan have been arriving and putting down roots in downtown Bronx now called "SoBro"
